Advertising performance is affected by factors outside the company's control. HAIKEL BENHMIDA BSV LLC does not guarantee advertising results, sales, profitability, ROAS, ACOS, impressions, clicks, or conversions.

4. Advertiser Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the rules, thresholds, and limits you configure within the software, as well as the resulting spend and actions on third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, designs, and content developed by HAIKEL BENHMIDA BSV LLC remain the exclusive property of the company.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The pre-release service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. HAIKEL BENHMIDA BSV LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
